These people are- "QUIZINIUS"!

A round of applause for the winners of the QUIZINIUS 2016- an economics quiz competition of Economics Study Center (ESC). Students from 94th and 95th batch who are in their 1st and 2nd year, respectively, participated in the competition .

The 1st round of the competition took place on April 4th, 2016. This was the written round- students had to answer on an exam script. After the written examination, top 6 were selected from each batch. 6 new teams were formed by lottery by taking 1 student from each batch. The final round was consists of both visual and direct question-answering session. Irfan Md Abir (90th Batch) , Kamrul Hossain Shuvo (90th Batch) , Rubaiya Murshed (90th Batch) and Md Sadat Anowar (91st Batch) took the responsibility of being the quiz-masters of this competition. All the quiz-masters had their experiences in participating in quiz competitions both in local and international level. 

Team consists of Galib (94th Batch) and Shahriar (95th Batch) got the championship and team consists of Ayesha (94th Batch) and Jibon (95th Batch) got the runner up title. 

ESC is thankful to all other participants who showed wonderful enthusiasm for the love of economics.

Two of honorable faculties of Department of Economics, University of Dhaka,were present on the prize giving ceremony. ESC is grateful to Sayema Haque Bidisha, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, University of Dhaka and Sheikh Jafar Emran, Lecturer, Department of Economics, University of Dhaka for being the guests.
