Embracing Economics: Welcoming the Freshers

Economics Study Center (ESC) was delighted to warmly welcome the freshers through an orientation program titled "Embracing Economics", as they gear up for the upcoming most crucial four years of their lives. It was an introductory session for the 96th batch. It was held on 24th January. The introductory session focused on the heritage, tasks and aims of ESC and scopes that exist in the economics discipline.

Honorable moderator of ESC, Professor M M Akash was the chief guest of the program. Respected faculty members from the Department of Economics, Dr. Sayema Haque Bidisha, Sheikh Jafar Emran, Abul Kalam Azad, Mahtab Uddin were present at the program. ESC family is thankful to them for their presence and inspiring words.
